What are your customer satisfaction and refund policies?Our patient satisfaction policy is simple - we will do everything we can to satisfy our patients. If you are not happy with any aspect of your care, we encourage you to inform us right way. We will get back to you within 24 hours of your complaint and make every effort to find a solution. Our refund policy allows you to get a full refund if adequate notice is provided as long as medication has not been dispensed and services have not been provided. There is a late cancellation fee with less than 48 hours notice for missed appointments. The complete policy is available to all our patients.
